New CZ Screen MS MICRO vibrating screen

We delivered the first MS MICRO sorters to our customers already in 2016. Since then, hundreds of satisfied customers have been using our versatile screener. The unique robust design for the heaviest deployment and the compact dimensions with a weight of only 520 kg are the main advantages of this screener. This screener has been developed for skid steer loaders such as the BOBCAT S175 or CAT 246. But you can use it with loaders that have shovels up to 190 cm wide with a volume of up to approx. 0.6 m³. The MS MICRO is suitable for mini excavators with a weight of 3-5 tonnes, such as the KOMATSU PC 35 or the WACKER NEUSON ET 42. With an output of up to 20 tonnes per hour, the MS MICRO can sort various materials such as topsoil, excavated soil, sand, rubble and more. For even greater performance and efficiency, the MS MICRO can be retrofitted with conveyor belts from our range. The MS MICRO can also be easily integrated directly into a production or recycling line. The bottom frame of the screener can be adapted directly to the customer's requirements, or the vibratory screener can be supplied with a lowered bottom frame only. The low weight and compact dimensions make it easy to handle and transport, making the MS MICRO also suitable for rental companies. With a weight of only 520 kg, it can easily be transported on a trailer behind a car. Changing the sieve is very easy and only takes a few minutes. The screener can be ordered in single-phase (230V) or three-phase (400V) power supply. The MS MICRO is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a compact, powerful and versatile vibratory screener.
