This manually operated separator allows you to produce between 80 and 100 liters of milk per hour, making it the ideal device for your daily needs.
The skimming process with this manual separator can also be carried out using different types of milk, such as cow, sheep, goat, and camel milk. The body of this model is made of stainless steel, while the other parts are made of aluminum.
CAUTION! This model is manually operated. Before use and before the skimming process, it is essential to add 200 ml of industrial oil. This will prevent premature wear of the internal parts of your device.
How to use a manual cream separator: Simply heat the milk to 30-35°C, turn on the cream separator, and pour the milk into a 12-liter milk container.
How much cream you can obtain:
- From 10 liters of milk, you will obtain approximately 1 liter of cream;
- The cream will have 10 times more fat than the milk you use. This means that if your milk has a 3.2% fat content, you will obtain cream with 32% fat content. If you need less fat cream, you can mix it with skimmed milk obtained after skimming. It is recommended to wash the plates inside the drum after every 20-25 liters (two bowls) of milk.
All parts of the separator that come into direct contact with the milk are made of high-quality aluminum, which is as good as stainless steel for milk processing but significantly reduces the cost of the equipment. The body of the separator is made of durable steel.
