Mit einem Schnittbereich von bis zu Ø 430 mm bzw. 600 × 430 mm bei 90° können sowohl Vollmaterial als auch Rohre und Profile wirtschaftlich bearbeitet werden. Für Gehrungsschnitte bis 45° steht ein Arbeitsbereich von 320 × 430 mm zur Verfügung. Die stufenlos regelbare Schnittgeschwindigkeit von 17 bis 110 m/min ermöglicht die optimale Anpassung an unterschiedlichste Werkstoffe
Die Bandsäge verfügt über eine leistungsstarke 7,5-kW-Sägeeinheit
einen hydraulischen Materialvorschub sowie eine Kühlschmiermittelanlage mit 150 Litern Fassungsvermögen. Der Bandspanndruck von 80 bar sorgt für eine hohe Prozesssicherheit und eine lange Standzeit des Sägebandes. Trotz ihres Eigengewichts von rund 2.100 kg ermöglicht die Materialauflagehöhe von 700 mm ein ergonomisches Arbeiten
Die elektrische Versorgung erfolgt über 400 V / 50 Hz bei einem Anschlusswert von ca. 11 kW. Die Steuerung arbeitet mit 24 V DC. Für den Betrieb wird ein Leitungsquerschnitt von mindestens 4 × 6 mm² empfohlen
