Boratas BLJ106 is a wheeled mobile jaw crusher designed for primary crushing of hard and abrasive materials in quarrying, mining, aggregate production, and recycling applications. Combining a robust jaw crusher with a portable wheel-mounted chassis, the unit offers reliable performance, easy transportation, and fast installation between job sites.

The machine is equipped with a 1000 × 600 mm jaw crusher with a vibrating grizzly feeder group. The crusher is suitable for processing hard natural stones such as granite, basalt, gabbro, and similar abrasive materials. Its feed opening and crushing chamber enable the handling of 500-600 mm material while maintaining consistent output quality.

Designed for contractors and aggregate producers requiring flexibility, the Boratas jaw crusher can operate as a standalone primary crusher or be integrated into multi-stage crushing plants together with secondary cone crushers or vertical shaft impact crushers. The wheel-mounted design reduces transportation and installation costs while allowing quick relocation when project requirements change.

The machine operates with an electric drive system and PLC-based controls, providing efficient operation and straightforward monitoring. Optional diesel-electric power configuration is available for projects where grid power is not accessible.
