The Eco Strap 501 semiautomatic strapping machine is a new generation machine. It works with DC motors arranged for each function of the machine and has an electronic strap tension regulator via potentiometer located on the control panel. Thanks to its pivoting wheels, it can be moved as needed. Economical and compact strapping machine made for general uses with low to medium work volumes. It is ideal for strapping boxes, packages, bundles, etc., usable inside warehouses, offices, supermarkets and wherever there is a need for safe packaging.
It uses a 220 V | 1 ph | 50/60 Hz power supply and has an adjustable worktable height from 750 to 900 mm. It has a strapping speed ranging from 10 to 15 cycles per minute with a maximum tensioning force adjustable up to 45 kg. The strapping machine is equipped with four pivoting wheels, two of which have brakes, and an easyfast® (tool-free) strap guide disassembly system. Also features: sealing cooling time adjustment (COOL TIME), sealing blade temperature adjustment, strap length adjustment to be dispensed, motor operation only during the strapping cycle.
