Zasada działania aerodynamicznej suszarni do trocin SA-400:
1. Wprowadzanie surowca: Wilgotne trociny lub wióry drewniane są wprowadzane do wnętrza suszarni bezpośrednio podajnikiem ślimakowym PSW-500, na którym zamontowane jest sito wibracyjne, w celu oddzielenia większych cząstek.
2. Przepływ powietrza: W suszarni generowany jest przepływ powietrza, który przemieszcza się wzdłuż trocin. Ten strumień powietrza jest precyzyjnie kształtowany za pomocą specjalnych kanałów i przeszkód aerodynamicznych wewnątrz suszarni. Wentylator, który jest zamontowany na końcu rurociągu tworzy podciśnienie, za pomocą którego zaciąga trociny razem z gorącym powietrzem.
