The Sesame Seed Roaster is an industrial roasting machine designed for high-efficiency and homogeneous sesame roasting. It preserves the natural oils of sesame seeds, bringing out their inner aroma, and provides ideal preparation for the production of products such as tahini, halva, bagels, and buns. The system is usually integrated with the sesame tank and supported by automatic loading/unloading solutions.

Main Features
1. High-Efficiency Roasting Drum
Sesame seeds are evenly heated in a rotating stainless steel drum. Temperature control is ensured by precise thermostats. The product does not burn, and its moisture evaporates in a controlled manner.

2. Heating Systems
Natural gas or LPG combustion system

Electric resistance model (for small capacities)
Heat is transferred indirectly to the drum. This ensures even roasting of the sesame seeds without burning the outside.

3. Mixer and Rotation Mechanism
Thanks to spiral mixers or paddles located within the drum, the sesame seeds rotate continuously and are roasted homogeneously, preventing sticking or clumping.

4. Discharging and Cooling Unit (Optional)
The roasted sesame seeds are discharged through an automatic cover system and transferred to a separate cooling tank or sesame silo.
