New IBS G60 – Mobile Mixing Machine concrete mixer

IBS G60 is a mobile gravimetric concrete mixing plant capable of producing not only cement mixtures, but also cold asphalt, recycled cold asphalt, soil stabilization mixtures and soil remediation mixtures. The machine is equipped with two separate aggregate hoppers (5 m³ each), a cement hopper (3 m³), and a water tank (1000 L). Additionally, it can be fitted with two tanks for different types of admixtures, as well as an optional emulsion tank. This makes the unit completely autonomous and enables concrete production directly on the construction site, providing significant economic advantages and ensuring high-quality concrete production.

The machine is easy to operate and requires only one operator. Mix recipes are defined by entering the desired quantities of each component through the control panel. At the end of the production process, the machine prints a report containing the values of all ingredients used in the produced concrete, guaranteeing an accurate concrete composition. Thanks to load cells on the hoppers and flow meters on the pipelines, IBS G60 ensures precise real-time dosing of every component, enabling the production of certified concrete in accordance with the UNI-EN 206-1 standard.

The IBS G60 can achieve a maximum production capacity of 60 m³/h, depending on the concrete mix structure. If grid power is not available, the machine can be equipped with an integrated diesel generator unit.
